NOTE: ALWAYS USE A NEUTRALIZING SHAMPOO WITH THIS PRODUCT
WARNING: Read all directions before applying this product. This product contains sodium hydroxide (lye). Failure to follow directions could result in injury or damage to the hay, skin, or eyes. If hair has been previously relaxed, relax only the new growth areas. It If relaxer causes scalp or skin irritation, rinse out immediately and neutralize hair with Natural Remedy Olive Oil Neutralizing Shampoo. If irritation persists or if hair loss occurs, consult a physician. If relaxer gets into eyes, rinse immediately.
PRELIMINARY STRAND TEST: Take a small amount of relaxer and apply to a few strands of hair. Spread evenly from the root area to the ends. Leave on for no longer than 810 minutes. Note relaxation of hair or damage to hair. If test shows hair breakage or other signs of damage, DO NOT USE. Rinse and neutralize hair immediately. Do not use the product or any product containing sodium hydroxide or other chemical hair relaxers or straighters until hair is reconditioned and retested.
TIMING: Coarse/15-20 min. Medium/12-15min. Fine/8-12 min. This includes application time.
How To Use
Wear protective gloves and start timer. IMPORTANT: DO NOT apply relaxer to hair line area until last. 1) Part hair in four sections: Down the middle from front to back, then from ear to ear. Apply generous amounts of relaxer or small sections of hair, completing each section working towards crown. FOR RETOUCHING: Apply relaxer to new growth only. Try to avoid overlapping relaxer on previously relaxed hair. 2) Use fingers or back of wide toothed comb to smooth and spread relaxer through virgin hair or new growth. DO NOT comb through hair. Continue to smooth hair. Near end of relaxing time, check completed section for straightness with wide-toothed comb or fingers. 3) When time is up; immediately rinse relaxer from hair. Rinse hair with warm water, making sure all the relaxer is removed. Care should be taken to avoid getting relaxer in eyes or ears. 4) Shampoo and rinse with Natural Remedy Olive Oil Neutralizing Shampoo with Neutra-Check. Shampoo and rinse several times until lather is completely white and there are no traces of pinkish color. Lather with a pinking color indicates traces of relaxer is still in your hair. 5) Towel blot hair dry & apply ISOPLUS Wrap Lotion. Distribute evenly and style as desired.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
