Shipping policy

We're excited to get your Afro Bella Hair goodies to you! Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing and Shipping Time We'll carefully pack and ship your order within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 4 PM. We use a variety of reliable carriers to get your package to you, including Canada Post, ICS, UniUni, eCom Logistics, Fleet Optics Ground, UPS, and Purolator.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 9 AM EST (Monday-Friday): Processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Orders placed after 9 AM EST (Monday-Thursday): Processing begins the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 9 AM EST on Friday: Processing begins the following Monday.

You'll receive a tracking number and delivery confirmation for all orders, so you can keep an eye on your package's journey.

Backordered Items Sometimes, our most popular items are temporarily out of stock. If this happens, we'll email you right away with these options:

  1. Replace: Swap the backordered item with something similar that's in stock! We'll adjust the cost accordingly.

  2. Partial Refund: Get a refund for the backordered item, and we'll ship the rest of your order! We'll adjust the cost accordingly.

  3. Full Refund: Cancel your entire order for a full refund, including shipping.

Address Verification Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Delivery Methods and Times - Canada These are estimated delivery times, not guarantees.

Shipping Method: Expedited Parcel Local (Toronto): Up to 4 days Regional (Ontario and Quebec): Up to 6 days National (Other Provinces): Up to 10 days On-Time Guarantee: Available for Local and Regional

Expedited Parcel is our standard shipping method within Canada.

International and USA Shipping We are pleased to offer shipping to the United States and international destinations worldwide.

  • USA Tracked Shipping: 5-10 Business Days

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • FREE International and USA Shipping: Available on orders over $199.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that all orders shipping outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Delivery times do not include processing time (3-5 business days).

  • Delivery standards apply within business days for items sent between major urban centers.

  • Canada Post services are subject to their terms and conditions.

  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or lost packages after delivery has been made.

Domestic Shipping Details (Canada)

  • FREE shipping is available on orders over $199 (before tax) for domestic Canadian orders.

  • Exclusions: Some remote locations are excluded from free shipping; live shipping rates apply in these cases.

  • P.O. Boxes and Air drop (airline freight) are not eligible for free shipping.
